For My Sunday, it is scripture verses like this that we find in today’s Gospel, John 12:20-33, that is our motto and what we stand behind. Jesus tells those that have gathered, Andrew, Philip, and the Greeks (most likely Gentiles) that the hour has come for him and he knows it. He tells them, “it is for this reason that I have come to this hour.” And now that his Passion is near, his crucifixion is looming ahead, who will stand to follow him?  He is not just asking those gathered with him this question, the question goes beyond that. It stretches to us today, to you and to me. How do you show that you are a servant to the Lord? Do you follow where he leads? Are you actions honorable to the Father? Take a moment today to ponder how you can be a servant and disciple of Christ and tell us how you plan to #livemysunday
